Mechanical protections are for the safety of the operator , and Migliotech has all the materials (brackets and extensions) to install the devices in a rigid and safe way.
We know where to insert the emergency mushrooms in the right places so as not to hinder the operator. In addition, using 3D printing it is possible to adapt to any surface and size.
Written statement
The bureaucratic part is very important to have a regular declaration of conformity.
Migliotech uses a local engineer to evaluate the correct safety of the machine and to draw up a declaration of conformity that certifies the safety of the latter.
We attach the appropriate stickers
To make a machine tool compliant we necessarily need stickers that alert the operator for its color and for what is written on it. Migliotech has the whole series of stickers that are needed, of different sizes and shapes to adapt to the shape of the surface.
General check and cleaning
For Migliotech, safety is not limited to devices that prevent injuries, but also includes the correct functionality of the machines. An efficient machine reduces the need for the operator to compensate with his own skills, avoiding risks and dangers. At the end of each compliance, Migliotech performs a complete check of the machine, identifying and correcting every small imperfection before returning it to the customer.
